Build a Repeatable UGC Client Package
Package UGC-style production as a transparent creative service without fake testimonials or stolen likenesses.

Start with buyer and deliverable.
Buyer
Performance marketers and small brands that need many social-first concepts but cannot film every variation.
Final delivery
A four-video UGC pack: problem/solution, product review, tutorial, and unboxing concept, with captioned and clean versions.
Starting asset
Product profile, approved benefits, consented or synthetic avatar, voice direction, and brand disclosure policy.
Tool stack
- Higgsfield Marketing Studio UGC modes
- Higgsfield avatar tools
- Caption and audio editor
Build one reviewable result.
- 01
Write a message matrix
Map one audience pain to one product benefit, one proof moment, and one CTA. Write four hooks from that matrix. Keep scripts short enough to sound spoken; a real person would not recite the product page.
Done when: Every script has one job and can be read naturally in the target duration. - 02
Choose an ethical on-camera identity
Use a platform avatar, a fully synthetic character, or a real participant with explicit written permission for face and voice use. Never imply that an AI presenter personally tried, bought, or recommends a product.
Done when: You can show the client the consent or synthetic-character origin. - 03
Create format-specific scripts
Problem/solution opens on friction. Product review shows features without inventing personal experience. Tutorial demonstrates steps. Unboxing focuses on package and first look, not a fabricated customer reaction. Add disclosure where the platform, law, or client requires it.
Done when: Each format changes story structure, not only its label. - 04
Generate performance, then inspect the product
Pick an appropriate UGC mode and reusable avatar. Review lip sync, hand contact, product scale, packaging, and captions. Regenerate a broken shot; do not hide a false product demonstration behind fast cuts.
Done when: No frame creates a misleading product feature or user experience. - 05
Deliver reusable components
Export captioned and clean masters, script files, approved claim sheet, thumbnail frames, and usage notes. Name versions by hook and format. Client can now test or request a new hook without rebuilding the whole campaign.
Done when: Another editor can identify and reuse every component.
Direct variables you can review.
Replace every bracket. Keep one visible action and one camera intention per shot.
Format: [problem/solution, product review, tutorial, or unboxing].
Presenter: [approved synthetic avatar or consented person].
Audience: [specific user and situation].
Hook: [natural first sentence plus visible action].
Proof: [approved feature shown on camera].
Tone: conversational, specific, no fake personal testimony.
CTA: [approved action].
Disclosure: [client/platform requirement].Reject weak work before buyer sees it.
- Presenter identity and voice are authorized.
- Script avoids fake personal experience and unverifiable claims.
- Lip sync, hands, and product interaction withstand frame-by-frame review.
- Clean and captioned exports match the approved script.
Sell a bounded outcome.
A monthly UGC creative pack built around approved messages and a reusable presenter system.
Package scope
- Four scripts and hooks
- One approved avatar direction
- Four 9:16 videos
- Clean and captioned exports
- One consolidated revision round
Simple pitch
I turn one approved message matrix into four distinct UGC formats, with a repeatable presenter and files your media buyer can actually test.
Proof to show
Show script, approval sheet, opening two seconds, and final export for each format.
Protect the margin
Price new scripts, new avatars, localization, and extra ratios as separate production units. Regenerations caused by your own quality failures stay inside your margin.
Commercial use still needs human judgment.
- Obtain face and voice consent before upload.
- Never fabricate a customer testimonial or hide material sponsorship.
- Keep sensitive personal information out of prompts and inputs.
Your assignment
Create one 20-second tutorial-style UGC sample for a product you can legally feature. Include a disclosure line and a one-page consent/asset checklist.
Check current tools and examples
Product names, models, controls, plans, and credit costs change. Official product pages and labeled creator examples were checked on August 19, 2026; confirm current controls before quoting client work.
